Aurevallis

Aurevallis is a region of soft, rolling hills, kept in immaculate order. No farm or dwelling mars their slopes; the Evergild decree that their form is beauty enough. The River Auris winds between, scattering gold across the land at dawn and dusk, so that the hills themselves seem gilded.

The four great towns of the House of Craft rise upon the largest hills, known as the Aurevallis Heights. Each is placed with intent — some hidden in folds, some displayed in full view — yet all are set to look toward Glimmerhold, the city on the height.

Gilden Reach lies low among the folds, a city of smoke and discipline, where apprentices learn first to follow and then to forge.
Embel Rise sits higher, its narrow streets alive with colour and precision, a place where craft becomes art and the maker’s soul begins to show.
Belleran’s Gate stands by the River Auris, clasped between two hills, a crucible where skill hardens into resonance and mastery.
And above them all, atop The Crown of Aurevallis, rises Glimmerhold — legendary city of excellence, where the final stage is not display but dissolution, the maker vanishing into the work so that the work itself endures.

Seen from afar, the Aurevallis Heights gleam in ordered splendour, each settlement both jewel and marker, set to honour the hill-forms themselves.
